Full description
This egg is individually made from home harvested English yew, as is the stand. Here the egg and stand express all the colours that are to be found in yew-from the pale cream of the sap wood, the deep rose of the heart wood, and the deepest brown of bark inclusions. The stand is approximately 6.5 cm by 4.5 cm; and with the egg it stands 13cm.
