Full description
This canvas mounted textile picture titled “St Pancras III” is the third in a series of 3 panels for which the inspiration was the inside of St Pancras International station London.
Contemporary patchwork has been decorated with both machine and hand and stitching to mimic the brickwork and girders of the inside roof. Turquoise, peach and pale grey hand dyed fabric has been used. When finished the work had a misting of white acrylic paint applied over the surface
The work measures 12 x 17 cm and is mounted on a canvas measuring 20 x 25 x 3.5 cm.
This item has been hand stitched by me and made in a non-smoking and pet free home.
