This sleepy Mermaid is resting on the sea floor bobbing about gently in the current while a curious little fish looks on wondering if she wants to play!
This enchanting scene has been created on two layers of MDF plaques with various handmade clay embellishments. There is a giant shell 3D stencilled in the background and resin 'water' drops and acrylic beads. Everything has been hand painted using twinkly mica filled starlight paints in shades of teals, blues and gold with highlights of gold gilding wax.
The whole piece is hung by a very thick turquoise pearlescent rope.
This is a magical underwater scene that would be beautiful in a nursery or child's bedroom but would equally be perfect for anyone loving mermaids or a little fantasy in their life.
Indoor use only.
