A fabulous piece of textile art made with mixed media. This is a portrait of a woman with bright pink hair and bright red lips, framed in an embroidery hoop. This piece has been made with mixed media, which includes hand painted face with acrylic paint and hand stitched details made with embroidery thread. A very modern piece of contemporary art which would look great on any wall. The style is pop art and is very colourful.
This piece is in a wooden embroidery hoop which measures 8 inches by 8 inches, which is 20.32cm x 20.32cm.
This piece is finished on the back with the fabric stitched in a circle.
To hang this piece you can tie a piece of wire or string to the screw at the top and hang, or alternatively you could hang the back of the piece over a hook or nail.
This piece of artwork is also available as a limited edition print in two sizes and a card in my shop.
