PLEASE: DON'T immerse your jewellery in water, or leave in direct sunlight, as this could cause irreparable damage.
PLEASE: DO make sure all oils, sprays, perfumes, make-up etc are dry before putting on your jewellery.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
Returns are accepted if the piece of jewellery is returned in its original unworn & unmodified condition. The exception is earrings. I will only be able to accept the return of earrings if the seal on the grip bag remains in tact & has not been opened. This is due to hygiene reasons. Please notify me before returning any item & any returns MUST be posted back to me within 30 days of receiving your order. For your protection you may wish to use a signed for delivery option as I'M NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BY ME. RETURN POSTAGE IS AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. Once I've received the item(s), I will check your return & process a refund via your payment method for the original cost of the item(s).
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Elegant ladies aquamarine blue Jasper earrings with Sterling Silver & Swarovski Crystals.
These short drop blue handmade earrings have 10mm round beads in a stunning aquamarine blue shade with random creamy beige vein like markings on them.
With toning sparkly Swarovski Crystals from the Swarovski Elements range, these earrings are finished with pretty Sterling Silver flower shaped bead caps & small seamless round beads.
Hanging from strong Sterling Silver headpins & high quality ear wires, these uniquely designed earrings have a drop of 26mm so are perfect to take you from daytime right through to evening.
As each of these semi precious gemstones is unique, each piece of jewellery will be slightly different.
