I am inspired by modern technology and peoples need to photograph everything, selfies etc. I am also inspired by contemporary embroidery and the way it helps you to slow down.

Full description
This a piece of embroidery hoop art of a vintage woman with a black and white scarf in her hair. She has bright red lips and sparkling eyes.
This is a mixed media piece of original art, which has been hand painted with acrylic paint and hand stitched with tiny stitches, stitched on cotton and stretched in a wooden hoop.
This is a textural piece of unique art which has smooth and raised sections.
You will receive a certificate of authenticity with this original artwork.
The frame is a wooden embroidery hoop which measures 8in x 8 in, which is 20.32cm x 20.32cm.
This piece is finished on the back with the fabric stitched in a circle.
To hang this piece you can tie a piece of wire or string to the screw at the top and hang, or alternatively you could hang the back of the piece over a hook or nail.
