Always on the look out for ways of using smaller pieces of silver, copper or brass left from bigger projects, of course I could melt down the sterling to make ingots then rolled out ... but I wanted to use up some small pieces of brass. I saw a picture on pintrest of something similar to this but had forgotten about until now. The perfect pendant and earrings for using some left over brass.

Full description
This sterling silver and brass pendant makes the ideal gift for a birthday, anniversary or just because.... Geometric design creating a minimalist yet stunning pendant. The central disc is 20 mm diameter has been cut from sheet silver that I hammered to create a light texture. The outer ring is made from 1.2 mm round sterling silver wire this has also been textured. To contrast the silver I used a small piece of textured brass 28 mm x 5 mm to join the pieces together and then attached a jump ring through which I have added a 45 cm ( 18 inch) sterling silver chain .
