Did you know we accept custom orders?

Here are just some of the fabulous designs we've created with our customers to meet their needs and specifications. From adapting one of our current designs to change the colours or sizes to creating a whole new design we are happy to accommodate our customers.

Please contact us to discuss a custom order via the Folksy messaging system, we will then send an email reply, design sketches (if required), images of gemstone/pearl choices, and regular photographs of your commission as it takes shape. Our final step is to list your item on Folksy as a "custom listing for..." and we'll send you your link to purchase - Easy!

The price for each custom listing will be arranged with you at the design stage, once we have committed to a price we will not increase it regardless of any additional costs for materials we may incur, if your item costs less than expected once we have sourced our materials we will reduce the price accordingly. Some custom listings will require full or part payment before we will begin to make your item, we will confirm this with you in the design process.
Custom orders can take up to 1 month to complete, again the timescale and delivery date will be discussed with you at the design stage.
