Full description
One of our fine silver tags with a custom made heart and a 4mm cabochon .The tag is 4cm and the chain is 18 inches with a lobster claw fastening. We can fit any of our 4mm stones to order- choose from the drop down menu- top right.
This will be posted by first class recorded delivery and will be nicely presented in one of our Written in Silver boxes ready to give or to open yourself
