Small worlds toys with the idea that the universe could be anything, we consider us the center, humans the most important, but fact is we could be small and only be a small part of the worlds around us and the make up of the universe.
This is a mixed media piece with embroidery being the main medium.
The work is framed within a 16in bike wheel, the bike being a big part of my world and a representation of human momentum and power. The main wheel is a window into a world, within this is a mix of species making up a collective image sitting in the mouth of one is a second planet. The more you look the more you will see. Set to the left is the pedal cog carrying the title and poem, with the chain connecting the two.
The work is original and will only be produced once tho the image will be used in other works.

Creates, the world, people perception, I love to draw and love images that seem alien to us, the sea provides a lot of this and the idea of the unknown to me overpowers the belief that man is important.
My work lots won't get but out there someone will like the thoughts that this peace will provoke.
