You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

* In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me not later than 3 days hours after receiving with detailed explanations and photos. Goods sent back without one will NOT be credited to your account. * All exchanges and returns have to be done within 7 days from the date of approval issued. * Item must be returned in the "AS SOLD" and "UNWORN" condition; and accompanied with all delivered accessories: full packaging, labels, bags, cleaning cloth, free gifts etc. Return postage, which will be covered by you, MUST be priority parcel with tracking number and insurance covering the full value of the item. * Colours shown in our photos may have slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications and lighting. This applies especially for brighter hues. On my part, I assure you that there was no photoshopping or enhancement of jewelry part of the picture done. Requests for exchange or return due to these reasons will, regrettably, not be warranted. * I will only refund the price of the item, less any discounts that were given. If you have used percentage discounts on total shopping and by returning some item, if it affects your total order amount discounts, then accordingly, discounts will be adjusted. * Shipping costs and insurance both ways are the sole responsibility of the buyer. * Suneeta Bansal Jewelry deals with Limited Edition handmade pieces and no two handmade pieces can be the same. If you wish a replacement instead of a refund, I will strive to do my best to replace the item with the closest match or you may choose an alternative piece or store coupon for your returns. Please allow me some time to make this option work best possible for you. * If a piece is defective and you do not wish another item, I shall do my best to get it repaired and send it back to you. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
