Full description
This is a jaunty red straw 12cm fascinator hat base adorned with an assortment of complementary trims.
I've added a stripey bow, with beading and diamante` detail and two sweet mini grossgrain roses, one red, one ivory.
I've finished with a red dotty veil, to slightly billow over the bow and scim the eyes, softening the look.
Can be worn on either side of head.
The hat fastens with a clear comb and can be further secured with hair grips, included.
