Item details

A handmade saucer hat, made from sinamay straw, trimmed with a light cream rose, sinamay twist and hat netting. The diameter is 30 cms and the edge is wired to retain its shape, covered with a petersham ribbon. This hat sits on a skull cap for comfort and stability and is set on a hairband which can easily be concealed under the hair.

Thisis one of several couture hats made in my workshop set in the heart of rural Wales, overlooking breathtaking scenery with blue skies and fluffy clouds. My inspiration for the colour choice of this item.
