Item details

This beautiful, large wall clock measures approx. 22 inches (56cm) diameter. It is made from selected kiln-dried wood and is approx. 20mm thick. The wood has been given two coats of Lulworth Cove chalk paint and then a further two coats of clear wax, leaving the surface with a lovely smooth and tactile feel.
The minute/hour markers have been made from copper and the hands are also copper coloured. Every clock is numbered, and due to the materials used, no two will ever be identical.
Should you require a different coloured clock, please contact me. Due to the weight of the clock, please note that a good wall fixing will be required (i.e a screw fixed into a rawlplug rather than just a nail or picture hanger)

I have always loved Lulworth Cove, and when I saw this beautiful chalk paint, it enspired me to try and re-create the look of the sea in a clock. The copper, I feel, goes perfectly with the gorgeous blue/green of the paint, and this clock would add a splash of colour to any wall.
