My love of jewellery began when I was a little girl. My friend had an aunt who really loved old costume jewellery and I remember going to her house and trying on all of her sparkly pieces.
Nowadays, her jewellery would be described as 'vintage' and it is from her that I get my love of jewellery from the 1930s, 40s, and 50s.
This ring is goldplated and adjustable and I have used vintage (1950s) components for the top - pre-set crystals and a pretty faux pearl in the middle.
As you can see, the ring is very 3 dimensional, with the stones and the pearl arranged on 3 separate levels.
This is a big ring. It is 30mm in diameter, so you could wear it on different fingers. As the band is adjustable, it will fit ring sizes from M to P.
Please bear in mind that the top of the ring is vintage and will therefore show some signs of age - I think this adds to its character.
