I love drawing inspiration from nature, in particular flowers. I have a passionflower shrub in my garden and always admire its beauty and religious symbolism so wanted to capture its unique qualities in my painting.

Full description
This painting depicts a passionflower using watercolour paints on watercolour paper. The painting has been created using a range of watercolour techniques such as wet on wet, wax resist and splattering which are unique to my style of artwork. The painting has been mounted and signed. The measurements are approximately 30cm x 42cm which includes the mount.
