This desk/table lamp has been made by joining a modern flexible desk lamp head and neck to a base made from the cogs out of a vintage (1940s) lawn-mower and a section of wood that came from a library shelf (believed to be Victorian). The fusion of the old and new parts gives a great look to the piece. We love it!
This is one of a pair of lamps listed... together they would make great bedside lamps!
The lamp has a white cable with inline switch leading to a white 3amp plug. Bulb not included, small screw-in bulb required (max 40watt).

My wife had two red lamps in her workshop for years and the plastic bases had faded, as had the paintwork to the metal shades. I merged them with the gears from an old lawmower and think the end result is a rather stylish lamp.
