This is a larger version of my Cupid's Dart heart pendant using a glowing soft pink genuine Murano heart as it's centre-piece. This heart is made of pink glass over a white core with a milky effect caused by a myriad of tiny bubbles intentionally trapped within the glass. It is inspired by the Roman legend of Cupid and his magical bow. The heart measures 20 mm long and is genuine Murano glass from Venice itself. I have mounted this delicately beautiful work of art by crafting a sterling silver arrow entirely by a hand forging process of heating and hammering the metal, then carving out the details by hand such as the fletchings at the top of the shaft. This makes each arrow unique and totally one of a kind. At 50 mm 2" long and mounted on a 450 mm 17 3/4" sterling silver chain, this pendant would make a beautiful gift which is sure to be appreciated and treasured for years to come. the final photograph shows it pictured with a vintage lipstick case measuring 3" or 80 mm in length.

It comes packaged carefully in a black gift box, fastened with a satin bow.
