Bookbinding was what first got me interested in paper marbling. There is something delightful about miniature things not least miniature books!

Full description
Something different from me, a fun little ( and I mean little!) hand bound book charm on a keyring. Using my own marbled paper in a French curl pattern for the covers with a bright red book cloth spine. The 46 hand sewn pages are made from 120gsm buttermilk Wibalin paper and sewn with 100% linen thread. The pages are blank, so you could write in it (although you'd need teeny handwriting!). The keyring is attached with a 6mm jump ring through the spine. The marbled paper is in pale blue, pale green and bright red with some metallic gold elements.
Measuring just 3.7cm high by 2.9cm wide and 10mm in depth, this little book charm is a perfect gift for a bibliophile, someone who works with books, miniatures fans or someone who just likes something quirky.
The book hangs at an angle from the keyring.
NB The pages are hand cut, so are a bit wonky unlike a commercially trimmed book block.
