Item details

This item has been handmade using natural slate and acrylic paint. Each dot is applied individually to form the mandala pattern. The reverse of the slate is unaltered in any way, plain natural slate. The item is sealed with clear lacquer for protection.

Item size is roughly 8” by 8”

This item will come complete with a hessian type cord for easy hanging on the wall.

This item will be sent first class the next working day and will be wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed in a bubble wrap envelope for extra protection.

I bought some new acrylic paints which had lots of different shades of blue. This inspired me to paint a design that reminded me of the ocean. The inner swirl makes me think a whirlpool and the three outer designs are my interpretation of the sun over the ocean on a clear day.
