We love the wild poppies that grow in our garden, but it was a visit to the Somme valley that really inspired our Poppy jewellery collection. During late spring /summer, wild poppies grow in profusion among the corn crops and along the roadsides and reminds us of the horrors of a hundred years ago that so contrast with it's peacefulness today.
