The Chromatic Collection is a variation of my Classic Rainbow Collection. Chroma means colour. It denotes purity and freedom from monotony. Rainbow speaks of God’s love and faithfulness / hope and Divine favour.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY: Please report any damage within 3 days of receipt. Where a claim of damage is made, the item must be returned by the Buyer to Glass by Lydia Haines within 14 days of delivery. The Buyer shall be entitled to a replacement or a full refund (excluding delivery costs) if the item is in fact damaged. Please email me before returning the item and please obtain proof of posting. Please note I am unable to refund returned item if it is lost in the post. Full refund less shipping cost will be issued within 7 days of receipt of returned item.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Add a splash of colour to the table with these delightful fused glass coasters from my Chromatic Collection. Suitable for any table surface. Perfect as house warming gift, birthday or Christmas present.
Dimension: 8.5cmx8.5cm
Strips of transparent glass in Garnet red, Candy Apple red, Red with yellow and orange wisps, Orange, Amber, Spring green, Aqua, Turquoise and Violet layered over transparent clear glass with white wisps. Each colour you see is a strip of glass hand cut and kiln-fired into a smooth surface before manipulated and slumped into shape at a second firing. At Glass by Lydia Haines, I only use top quality Bullseye Glass.
