Full description
Handmade Large Bombay Sapphire Glass created in Norfolk from a litre bottle of Bombay Sapphire Gin making a fantastic gift for anyone.
The blue glass has four embossed botanicals which are used to make the Bombay gin, these include - Almonds from Spain, Liquorice from China, Angelica Root from Saxony and Orris from Italy.
When making the glass, there are a number of stages which include removing the label, cutting the bottle, then several stages of sanding to make the edges fully rounded and highly polishing the glass to give a very smooth finish.
It holds up to 250ml, perfect for a double gin and makes a great gift for Christmas, birthdays or a wedding present.
The glass is approximately 9cm high and 8cm wide but note that there can be slight variations in dimensions due to the item being handmade.
You can use them in a dishwasher but I would advise a cool setting to avoid erasing the botanical designs on the glass.
