Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Hammered silver hoop necklace handcrafted in Yorkshire. Each piece is handmade to order and starts life as a simple piece of wire which is shaped, hammered and aged before polishing for 4 hours to give a beautiful textured shine.
Upon ordering, please leave a 'note to seller' with your choice of chain length - 16", 18", 20" or 24". If no message is left, I will include an 18" chain (the most popular choice).
I love this statement piece which is both eye-catching and yet simple in structure. I wear it both on a short 16" chain for everyday but also LOVE it on a longer length over a little black dress or jumper.

Sending as a gift?
Your pendant comes gift wrapped as standard because I understand that it's just as important to treat yourself now and again as it is to share with friends. If sending as a gift though, why not leave me a note with your message to add to a gift card which will be sent along with your jewellery.
DELIVERY:
Each pendant is handmade to order and will be sent within 3 working days. UK orders are sent 1st class recorded post. International orders are sent via airmail which usually takes 1-2.5 weeks but can be longer.
