I've had so many coats with open necks, where my traditional, straight scarf hasn't quite covered the area, so I decided to design a triangular scarf for better coverage.
I love this yarn and have been using it for years. It lends itself really well to a scarf, as the silk helps it drape well, and it's very warm.

A triangular scarf with swirls of purple, lilac and cream, with a frilled edge. Made with a beautiful merino wool and silk blend, for softness and warmth. See last photo for measurements.
Yarn: Manos del Uruguay Silk Blend (70% merino wool, 30% silk)
Wool is a wonderful fibre for accessories, as it is a natural insulator and absorbs moisture. Silk adds a luxury feel and has excellent drape.
