I love doors, the older the better. I loved the textures and layers of colour, the stonework surrounding them and so wanted to use one of my current paintings in textile form to show the depth of the image. The velvet I use for my eye glasses case delivers such detail and is so soft and tactile. This is a favourite of mine!
