Full description
This handmade sterling silver necklace is part of my lichen range inspired by walks in the Scottish woods with my little boys.
The little lichen shapes were cut from sheets of silver and then gently textured and domed. Some of the lichen along the branch have had enamel applied to them which is a pale yellow colour.
I make each necklace individually and therefore there may be slight variations to the one shown in the images however, the number of lichen and position will remain the same. It is simply the shape of the lichen that will vary slightly - just as in nature.
The necklace dimensions are:
horizontal 'branch' - 4cm
length of chain - 18 inches
One of my favourite things about this necklace is the toggle clasp which I have positioned on the right hand side of the necklace which makes it visible and part of the design. However, if you would prefer the toggle placed at the back of the neck as is traditional then please leave me a note with your order and I can do that for you.
