By manipulating your photo I have developed a technique where I can convert your photo into an eye-catching hand stitched picture.
In the examples here the original photos have both been in colour, black and white photos actually work better, as do ones with more contrast in the photo so that the features show up. In the examples the photo of the girl is a better photo to work with. As you can see, however, I have been able to work with the one of the boy, it just took a little longer.
The positioning of the example photos is perfect, side on with just a hint of an eye. If you can send me a photo like this I will worry about the rest of the technicalities and create your picture!
The frame options are grey or white as shown in the photographs. These are not expensive frames so I can provide your picture just in a mount if you prefer.

​How many photos do we have around the house? The chances are that you will have many, or more to the point have many on your phone or computer! I wanted to create something a little different to the standard direct creation of a cross stitch picture from a photo. Inspired by minimalistic vectors and pop art, I set about trying to convert my photos! From here I started to develop the same for pets, seen in my other listing.
