You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Payment via PayPal or bank transfer - please contact me for details. All items will be carefully wrapped and posted 1st class within 3 days of cleared funds. Please let me know if an item is urgent & will endeavour to esculate delivery. I pay a lot of attention to the presentation of my work but in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied I can arrange a refund. The item would need to be returned in its original packaging within 7 days. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any queries.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
My most popular Christmas design, these gorgeous trees made from strips of coloured glass with two bands of sparkly dichroic. They catch the light beautifully and look amazing as they twinkle on the tree!
The tree measures 8cm x 4cm and hangs on a piece of white organza ribbon.
Each piece is unique and although the design will be the same they will differ slightly to the one shown in the picture.
Available in green and turquoise. Other colours are available upon request, please just ask.
