I was inspired to make this Angel by my love for old textiles , the need to give new life to discarded and unloved old textiles, embroidery , woven cloth and crocheted and lace work .I like the thought i'm giving new life to textiles that once took hours of work to produce and that time and effort hasnt been in vein and it can be loved once again for years to come.

Full description
This small handmade Angel is made from repurposed Vintage embroidered textiles and has been given a new life . The Angel is in beautiful summery yellow and sky blue with stitches of brown and green too. Her arms and legs are made from cotton string with sky blue coloured bells for hands and feet. Her features have been embroidered with French knots for hair . Her hanger is made of the same string as her arms and legs. Her wings are made of felt with a blue button on the back . She is stuffed with polyester stuffing .
From the top of her head to the bottom of body she measures approximately 13 cm/5 inch
From the top of her string to the bottom of her feet she measures approximately 33 cm/13 inch.
Please note she is not a toy and should be kept out of reach of babies/small children due to potentially posing a choking hazard. Always keep away from naked flames.
