With their tiny blue faces and yellow centres, forget me nots represent true love, memory and eternity.
During the late spring and early summer months, our small team journeys back and forth to the Isle of Arran by boat to collect forget me nots in tiny batches from the Lochranza area. The forget me nots are often difficult to find and long summer days have been spent gathering the tiny flowers. As soon as they are picked from the lush Scottish soil, they are immediately pressed. Our pressing process takes many weeks to complete as the forget me nots are so fragile. After the pressing process is complete we store them by date and location. Our special preservation methods ensure the forget me nots will remain vibrant and will never wilt or decay.
This vibrant pendant measures 16mm in diameter and is a perfect sphere. The chain is 18 inches and is 925 sterling silver.
As with all our jewellery, this vibrant necklace come beautifully presented in our own luxury branded packaging with an accompanying information detailing the symbolism behind the forget me nots, when they were picked, where and the date the flowers were preserved into into jewellery. Perfect for gift giving or a treat for yourself.
