Full description
This beautifully soft and lightweight scarf has been nuno felted using merino wool fibres on a silk chiffon base. In a lovely green colour with bright red poppies added as decoration this scarf is bound to make a statement. It has been felted on both sides with the decoration added to one side only.
The nuno felting process causes the woollen fibres to migrate through the silk and bind with it.
The resulting scarf is very sheer and lightweight and drapes beautifully around the neck. Ideal for spring or summer wear but equally suitable for the cooler months. The scarf measures approximately 126cm x 36cm (49.5" x 14") and is supplied wrapped in pretty floral tissue paper. Hand wash in warm water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
