The first time I wove this design, I knew that I loved it! It's a beautiful form and no one basket is ever the same. I love playing with the colours to see what can be achieved.

A beautiful basket, perfect for a trip out to the shops or a picnic on a summer's day.
The basket is woven from white willow from Somerset and edged with a dyed blue willow (natural dye) in my take on the Spanish "Zarzo" design. Perfect as a handbag.
I love buttons, and this basket is finished from a handmade ceramic button made by a fellow artisan craftsperson in our village in Wales.
Approx size is 7 x 10 inches at the base and around 10 inches tall.
