For a while I have had a fascination with fractals. When I discovered fractal filling curves I decided to experiment with producing a print using the Hilbert curve to fill a square.

Full description
The Hilbert curve is a continuous fractal space-filling curve. The curve was first described by German mathematician David Hilbert in 1891.
This Lino print is hand printed in Bronze. I have hand painted a larger Hilbert curve in lime green over the lino print showing the fractal element of the curve. I have highlighted the lino print with copper ink.
The print measures 156mm x 156mm. It is printed on high quality 220g/m paper which measures 297mm x 210mm. It is a limited edition of 10 original prints. All prints have edition number marked on them and are signed.
