For your peace of mind just to let you know that my ceramics are fired twice around 1040°C (which makes them germ and bacteria free) in a studio where I work on my own. As an extra precaution I clean each piece with alcohol 96º before I post them. Thank you for your support in this difficult times, keep safe and try to stay positive (for ourselves as well as for others) x

Hello and welcome to the Star and Heart Studio! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my shop.
All the pieces you can see here are hand made from kiln fired earthenware clay and decorated with a mix of non toxic glazes.
No molds, stamps, stencils or decals are used in the creation of these pieces. I only make small batches or one of a kind items that will make the most special gift, jewellery, cake topper, heirloom, keepsake or love token.
Due to the nature of one of a kind hand-built ceramics, measurements vary and sizes are approximate. Each item is a unique, one-of-a-kind work of art and measurements may sometimes vary slightly.

I do love foxes. They are funny, clever and cheeky.
Once I read that when a fox appears in you life as spirit animal, it encourages adaptability and ability to move quickly through obstacles, so I started making fox totems as a reminder of these qualities.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Made of white earthenware clay and fired twice around 1020°C, this fox has been hand painted with non toxic glazes.
He is unique with it's own personality and expression. Can be used as a ring holder, cake topper, decoration for your dressing table, or can be given as a special birthday, housewarming or wedding gift.
He will make you smile every time you look at it! A keepsake to treasure for years to come.
