This pen has been manufactured by me from a recycled whisky barrel stave , the stave is cut into blocks suitable for the pen blanks. The pen is turned on my wood lathe and then fully sanded and sealed using CA.

Its amazing the aroma that comes from the wood when working with it, a rich smoky whisy smell surrounds my home workshop.

The pen itself is manufactured from high quality 24ct gold plated fittings and the fountain nib is a german manufactured iridium.

You will recieve an ink cartridge and optional ink refill plunger for drawing direct from an ink well.

Additionally with this pen you will recieve the handmade stand as shown in the photos, the stand is made from the very same whisky stave that the pen came from, if you look at the bottom of the stand i have left the original finish of the outside of the whisky barrel.

I can if requested also engrave a message or name onto the pen stand front for a special message to the receiver, please contact me prior to purchase to make sure that i can fulfill the message.
