I love making things and my wife particularly likes the bowls when there is bark still attached: hence this naturalistic bowl. It has been finished in a melamine lacquer that chestnut Products say is safe for toys and on top a light coat of bees wax to give a nice lustre.

112mm x 85mm x 74 mm high. 236 grams. A piece of seasoned ash, rescued from the wood pile and turned on the lath to make a lovely naturalistic bowl with bark still attached in places. The flat side allows it to sit easily on a shelf or mantle piece for those nick knacks or car keys
