Inspired by a picture on an old vintage embroidery transfer sheet.

Full description
This original textile art, designed and made by myself, features a cobblestone pathway leading to a beautiful stone wishing well, surrounded by wild flowers.
The blue bucket is ready to be lowered down with the turning of the handle, and don't forget to make a wish!
The wishing well, cobblestones and bucket have been hand cut from fabric then appliqued to the background fabric, and freemotion machine stitching has been used to add the details.
The pretty wild flowers and foliage have all been hand embroidered.
A machine stitched fine border surrounds the image to frame it, and the edges have been left raw.
The piece is mounted onto a deep purple, hand painted artist's canvas which measures 20 x 20cms.
The picture can be freestanding on a shelf or small easel.
It can also be hung on a wall, but fixings will be required.
Ideal for displaying in a conservatory, garden room or summer house.
