MADE TO ORDER

This design Fair Isle Shetland Ponies was combing Shetland's love of fair isle and Shetland ponies.
The colour options are blue and green inspired by Shetlands stormy sea colours, and red and purple from the heathery hills.
I make these to fit a 16in cushion I make them a little smaller so they are nice and plump, I like to use duck feather pads for the added luxury feel.
Digital print on cotton-line so it's quite durable. To ensure the cushions colour stays bright I recommend dry cleaning.

This design was influenced by my own Shetland pony 'Donny' I originally did this design for a college project, I reworked the design and added in the fair isle patterns after seeing the photographs of the Shetland Ponies who wore Fair isle Ganzies (jumpers), sadly donny would not let me put a jumper on him, so instead I created this design with him in fair isle patterns.
