You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Please allow up to 3-5 Working days for your order to be processed. All items wll be sent by recorded delivery. If you would like to purchase anything from my shop and your country is not listed please do not hesitate to get in touch. Damaged items must be notified to me within 72 hours with photographic evidence, for a full refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase once you have received it please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item and I will be more than happy to sort something out! If there are any concerns with your item once you have received it please get in touch with me before leaving feedback, I will be happy to help with any problems. Please handle all ceramic with care. Due to the nature of the pieces if they are not handled and look after properly they will be easily damaged or may break. All smoked fired items can be gently cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Smokefired items do not hold water, All other items may be handwashed. For pieces with lazertran please do not scrub when washing as the pattern may be scratched off. Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
