On the western shores of Loch Fyne, sits the beautiful town of Inveraray.
From there, It was the uniform white-washed buildings of the Old Military Road which come into view as you approach from the bridge which inspired this illustration.
As a tribute to the beautifully maintained and distinctive feature of the white buildings, the concept continues and develops onto the cars and buses and boats and birds!
Inveraray is a bustling, vibrant town in summer, and my illustration aims to capture it's colour and life during this season.
I hope my illustration connects with you and everyone who has fond memories of this town
