Hand made felt hand bag, .with a classic still life scene of fruit
Fully lines, with an innner zipped pocket. The bag fastens with a magnetic metal fastener.
The handles are shiny black perspex, and the bag is stitched onto black and white cotton gingham.

I wanted to re create the idea of the still life as the drawn image, and the image being drawn with wool fibres. It is a fresh design, using bright fun colours as well.
It is referencing still life artworks and using the bag is rather like carrying a work of art around on a handbag, because of this it makes it feel quirky, especially with the 'tablecloth' feel of the gingham checked cotton.
