I wanted to showcase the fantastic soundtracks of films that I love. The music for movies is so important and can really get you emotionally involved. My love of soundtracks led me to design the Movie Classics range where I try and merge the sheet music of a main theme with recognisable elements of the film.

I am creating a series of posters in a range called “Movie Classics”. The theme (excuse the pun!) is showing the sheet music of the main title in an illustrative way and celebrating the brilliant composers behind many of the big screens great motion pictures.
This edition illustrates one of the main themes by John Williams for the hugely successful Harry Potter movies based on the novels by J. K. Rowling. Harry's Wondrous World begins with the famous and dramatic Harry Potter theme and has all the hallmarks of a John Williams piece, full of beauty and wonder.
The illustration shows the worlds most famous steam train (after the Flying Scotsman of course!) the Hogwarts Express as it crosses the famous arched bridge on its journey to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
