Full description
This listing is for one of these mini notebooks, which have been created using traditional bookbinding methods. All papers are: cut, folded and sewn by hand. I have left the spine exposed, as I think it a shame to hide this particularly attractive feature. Each book also contains 5 handmade envelopes - perfect for storing treasures.
Rather than using traditional linen tape, I have used assorted ribbons and my hand dyed waxed linen thread. The books are covered with recycled leather, and are secured with vintage linen buttons and twisted linen threads.
Measurements: height 7.5 cm, width 7.5 cm and depth 2 cm ( 3" x 3" x 3/4")
Each book contains 115 pages of assorted recycled or scavenged papers.
