Here is a lovely hair barrette for teen girls or women, featuring a pansy flower hand-made from felt.
I have used the technique of needle-felting to turn fluffy wool into a solid pansy flower, complete with little leaves detailed with embroidery thread veins. Then I have attached a silver coloured metal hair barrette clasp approx. 6cm (2.25" )
The pansy is about 4cm (1.5") across, and the whole width across the leaves is approx. 10cm (4"). It will be presented in your choice of organza gift bag or gift box, ready for giving or as a treat for yourself.
