I love making needle books. As someone who sews I know just how invaluable they are. They're also lovely to make and a great canvas for embroidery. Practical and decorative at the same time.
I design all my own embroideries and the design on this one was inspired by summer flowers climbing up a wooden trellis.
There are 4 pages of wool felt for your needles/pins and the case is secured with a button and crocheted loop. The case measures approximately 9.5 cm by 10.5 cm. The fabric on the outside of the case is calico and it has a cotton floral print lining.
A great way to store your own needles, it would also make a lovely gift for a crafter.
