Namaste and welcome to Shambhala Designs UK. We are a husband and wife team who design and make a beautiful range of magical, ritual and new age items from our Devon workshop. We use mostly gifted and found wood, naturally molted cruelty free feathers and high vibration crystals. We welcome commissions for bespoke items with your own symbols, please just ask. We have put together these crystal healing kits as we are passionate about helping people on an emotional and spiritual vibration. Kellie is currently training with ICGT to become a Crystal Therapist. She is also a Reiki Master and all crystals are cleansed and charged with Reiki energy prior to sending out.

Full description
We have put together this crystal healing kit to help with gentle pain relief from tension and stress. As someone who doesn't take painkillers anymore, finding alternatives for the times I need them has been extremely useful. All of these crystals have been chosen from experience and we would encourage experimenting with massaging and holding over painful areas and they work really well on acupressure points. Gently rubbing your temples and forehead with fluorite always helps me and smoky quartz has alleviated my sciatica.
The kit comes in a little organza drawstring bag with a guide on how to use and look after your crystals. Crystals may vary in size, shape and colour. This healing kit contains the following crystals.
Amethyst - absorbs pain and encourages rest and calm, very sobering and helps to balance both the physical and emotional system.
Fluorite - draws out pain, very soothing, can be gently massaged over area of pain
Smoky Quartz - very grounding and restful, draws off negative and blocked energy from the aura and physical body.
Clear Quartz Point - energy storing and releasing, hold point out to release negative energy and point in to encourage positive energy back in.
