The message on this plaque is simple and straightforward - "Two Hearts ... One Love" - and comes straight from your heart, to someone you care for. It would make an ideal gift for a fiance, partner, husband, wife boyfriend or girlfriend on Valentine's Day. The plaque is a one-off, unique artwork, hand-made by me in my studio in South Wales.
The plaque is made from glazed ceramic stoneware clay in pastel colours.
The plaque measures 8cm x 8cm.
