The Item may also vary slightly from the photo.
Acorn and oak leaf design has been made by covering a piece of glass in glass paint, and then carefully scratched back through this layer to create the design. The glass is then fired in a kiln to 600 degrees C! before finally being leaded and polished.
The panel is hung on transparent wire, but is available hung on a fine chain.
Around 8cm in diameter.
All my pieces are now supplied with a non damaging, stick on hook such as the one in the last image. these work very well on glass and are very quick and easy to attach and remove meaning you don't have to put any screws into your window frames!
About the Artist
I completed my Degree in Drawing and Applied Arts at The University of the West of England in 2014., At university I was a sponge for techniques learning every medium i could get my hands on. This has made my work very diverse from 2D ink drawings to bronze's i have cast myself.
I take inspiration from the world around me especially if I spot something just a little different in nature that stands out. I am also influenced my my two fat rabbits!
