Full description
This pair of handmade ceramic planter decorations have been impressed with an organic design and cut into the shape of hearts.
The decorations are frost proof so are suitable for outdoor display in the garden as well as inside the home. They also make a lovely addition for brightening up graves.
Each decoration is attached to a long green coloured strong wire stem which can be cut to any desired length. The wire pushes easily into soil and can be hidden among leaves.
Display the pair of hearts together, or separate them into different pots around your home or garden.
Ideal gifts, perfect for hanging baskets, plant pots, garden bedding or to plant among shrubbery.
